CLOTHES POSTERS

Children in Year 1 are creating posters about Clothes. They cut and stick pieces of cloth to make trousers, socks, trainers, shoes, T-shirts, jackets, skirts and dresses. They´ve used their creativity and all the English words that have learnt during the last two weeks.

Los niños y niñas de primero han creado unos carteles sobre la ropa. Han recortado y pegado trozos de tela para formar pantalones, zapatos, zapatillas, etc. Han utilizado su creatividad y las palabras en inglés que han aprendido durante las últimas dos semanas.

This week we’re playing shopping at the clothes shop. We set up a shop with dressing up clothes and ask for a chosen item. We work on the following structures:

  • Can I have a skirt please?
  • Yes, here you are.

Esta semana en la Clase de Primero estamos jugando a las tiendas de ropa. Montamos una tienda con ropa de disfraces y pedimos la prenda que queremos. Trabajamos las siguientes estructuras:

  • ¿Me puede dar una falda?
  • Sí, aquí tiene.

STONE, PAPER, SCISSORS

Children in Year 1 had the chance to go out and play «Stone, paper, scissors tag» in the garden. They´ve been very good in the English class, getting 50 buttons as a reward for «being quiet as mice»,  «listening» and «talking English». We had a wonderful time with our favorite tag game!

Besides, children have become little hypocondriacs and are doing an excellent job talking about all the little things that bother them.

Los niños de Primero tuvieron la oportunidad de jugar al «pilla-pilla de piedra, papel o tijeras» en el jardín. Han sido muy buenos en sus clases de inglés, y han conseguido 50 botones de recompensa por estar «calladitos como ratones», por «escuchar» y por «hablar en inglés». ¡Nos lo pasamos fenomenal con nuestro pilla-pilla favorito!

Además, los niños se han convertido en pequeños hipocondriacos y se les da fenomenal hablar de las pequeñas cositas que les molestan.
