We are learning about clothes. We´ve read one of our favorite picture books: «The Smartest Giant in Town», by Julia Donaldson. Here´s the clip so that you can all enjoy the story at home.

Estamos aprendiendo sobre la ropa. Hemos leído uno de nuestros libros favoritos: «El Gigante más Elegante de la Ciudad», de Julia Donaldson. Aquí tenéis el vídeo para que todos podáis disfrutar de esta historia en casa.

Children in the Orange Class are learning about farm animals. We read stories and sing songs with the new vocabulary. Kids like «Old MacDonald had a farm». We play with animals and we have lots of fun making «animal noises», all in English.

Los niños de la Clase Naranja están aprendiendo sobre los animales de la granja. Leemos historias y cantamos canciones con el nuevo vocabulario. A los niños les gusta mucho la canción de «Old MacDonald». Jugamos con animales y nos lo pasamos muy bien haciendo ruidos de animales, todo en inglés.

2º EPO, Year 2

In year 2 we are learning about silkworms. We have played games in the interactive whiteboard to learn the vocabulary related to the different stages of the silkworm: egg, caterpillar, cocoon, silkworm, mulberry leaf,  moth.

Finally, we are also writing and illustrating our own comic :»The Very Hungry  Silkworm».

En la Clase de 2º estamos aprendiendo sobre los gusanos de seda. Hemos jugado a juegos en la pizarra interactiva para aprender el vocabulario relacionado con las diferentes etapas en la vida de un gusano de seda: 

Por último, también hemos  escrito e ilustrado  nuestro propio comic «El Pequeño Gusano de Seda Glotón».
