Autumn, also known as fall, is a special season that comes after summer and before winter. It usually starts in September and lasts until November. During this time, the weather gets cooler, leaves change color, and many exciting activities happen!

The Colors of Autumn

During autumn, the leaves change color, creating a stunning landscape. Here are some common colors you might see:

  • Red: Many maple trees turn bright red in the fall.
  • Orange: Pumpkins and leaves often showcase a rich orange hue.
  • Yellow: Ginkgo trees display beautiful yellow leaves.
  • Brown: Acorns and fallen leaves provide a warm brown tone

Fun Activity:

Go outside and collect leaves of different colors. Count how many red, orange, yellow, and brown leaves you find!
