During our last lessons, we are learning about fruits and vegetables!

Together, we’ve been practicing vocabulary and expressions to describe them. We explored colors, shapes and textures. The students shared their favorite fruits and veggies, telling us what they like the most and why.

We played riddles and guessing games! For example:

  • «I am orange, long, and crunchy. What am I?»
  • «I am green on the outside, red on the inside, and full of little black seeds. Can you guess?»

Here there are some videos to practise and sing!

We encourage families to explore these videos together. They are a great way to review at home while singing and having fun, and remember to eat lots of fruits and vegetables to grow healthy and strong!

Thank you for your support!

The students shared their opinions about their favorite meals and snacks, and how many pieces of fruits and vegetables we should eat per day.

We have also discussed simple healthy habits, like drinking water, eating balanced meals, and staying active with exercise and sports.

Check the following videos with songs we have learnt together!

We encourage families to watch them together and discuss ways to make healthy choices every day. It’s a wonderful way to continue learning at home!
