We have just started a new unit on Fruit in Year 1. We will go through all the fruit names that we already know and learn a few new ones. We will also talk about the fruits that we like and the fruits that we don´t like.
Acabamos de empezar a trabajar en una unidad sobre la fruta en la Clase de Primero. Vamos a repasar los nombres de frutas que ya conocemos y aprenderemos algunos nuevos. También vamos a hablar de la fruta que nos gusta y que no.
<<Five little ducks swam out one day,
Over the hills and far away,
Mother duck said ¨quack, quack, quack, quack¨
But only 4 little ducks came back.>>
That´s what we are singing in the orange class. Don´t worry, all 5 ducks do come swimming back in the end, but some of the children still call it the sad song.

Ésta es la canción que estamos aprendiendo en la Clase Naranja esta semana. No os preocupeis, todos los patitos vuelven nadando al final, aunque algunos niños todavÃa piensan que es una canción triste.

We are enjoying the last week of our unit on «Goldilocks and the Three Bears». We are having lots of fun playing with our puppets and building little houses for the three bears. We´ve also acted out the story and free played with teddy bears and Goldilocks puppets.
Estamos disfrutando mucho de nuestra última semana dedicada a la unidad sobre «Ricitos de Oro y los Tres Osos». Nos hemos divertido mucho jugando con nuestras marionetas y construyendo casitas par los tres osos. También hemos representado la historia y hemos jugado libremente con osos de peluche y marionetas de Ricitos de Oro.
We go on working on farm animals. This week we´ve played with toy animals, we´ve role played being farm animals and we´ve made these cute cotton wool sheep.
Seguimos trabajando sobre los animales de la granja. Esta semana hemos jugado con animales de la granja, hemos hecho juego de roles y hemos  fabricado estas monÃsimas ovejitas de algodón.
