Outside play and animals

We are so happy to be able to play outside in the spring weather in the blue class.  We have been visiting the rabbits and chickens and playing in the sun.  We also visited the library to have a little dance.  We have been revising animals name in English in preparation for the visit to the farm.  Here are some photos of our recent activities and a song about animals.

Farm Animals

 

Estamos muy contentos de poder jugar fuera en el buen tiempo.  Hemos visitado las gallinas y los conejos.  También hicimos una visita a la biblioteca donde bailamos un rato.  Hemos revisado los nombres de los animales en ingles para preparar la visita a la granja.  Aquí hay algunos fotos de nuestras experiencias y una canción de los animales.

Celebrating Spring

We have been celebrating spring in the yellow class.  We have used the occasion to revise colors and to introduce vocabulary related to spring weather and animals (sun, clouds, rainbow, rabbit, bunny, sheep, lamb, flowers, ducks…).  We read a book about spring and have done several activities to practice our new vocabulary.  Here are some photos of our fun!

Hemos estado celebrando la llegada de la primavera en la clase amarilla.  Estamos revisando vocabulario relacionado con los colores y aprendimos nuevo vocabulario relacionado con el tiempo de la primavera y los animales (el sol, las nubes, el arco iris, el conejo, el conejito, las ovejas, los flores, y los patos).  También, leímos un libro sobre la primavera.  Aquí, algunos fotos de la experiencia.
