Talking about the past

What did you do yesterday?  What did you do last weekend? Last summer? Last year?

As you all know, we are learning about the past simple, beginning with regular -ed endings.  To help you remember how to write, and more importantly pronounce all the different ways to say verbs with -ed, click on the links below for some fun practice.

… and here is a different strategy to help.

Click below to play the game and see if you can correctly pronounce the -ed endings in these verbs!

Have fun!  See you back in class!

Happy Easter!

CONGRATULATIONS ONE AND ALL FOR ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL «QUESTION» HUNT YESTERDAY TO CELEBRATE THE COMING VACATION!

Here are a few photos of our fun: the questions, the eggs, and the racing to find them.

Where were you….

...yesterday?   .…last week?

I was at school!

It is important to know where you were, how you were feeling, and if it was sunny!

We have been learning about the verb TO BE in the past.  Here are some activities so you can continue to practice and revise at home.

Here is a video to help you review the concept:

And yet one more:

And if you learn it in a song….will you remember it better?!  Here is a little bit of fun!

Now click the picture to test what you know!  Try this quiz.  Leave a comment (here or in Google Classroom) and let us know how you do!

Have fun!
