Hello everyone from Primary 3, Primary 4 and Primary 5!
And… HAPPY EASTER!
We had an egg-citing time celebrating Easter here at Alquería Educación!
Our primary students immersed in the spirit of Easter season before having holidays with a super fun Easter egg hunt and games!
The games weren’t just about chocolate eggs; we also engaged in educational games that tested our knowledge of Easter traditions. From sorting Easter sentences to practicing vocabulary in English, every activity was designed to learn with fun.
And… the group in charge to develop this funny activity were our Primary 6students! Thanks to their creativity and hard work, we all enjoyed a fantastic day full of learning, teamwork, and, of course, chocolate eggs!
Here are some of the Easter words we learnt in class and we practiced during the activities:
Bunny – A cute animal that represents Easter. Egg – A symbol of new life, often decorated for Easter. Spring – The season when we celebrate Easter. Egg painting – A fun activity where children decorate eggs. Basket – What we use to collect eggs during an egg hunt. Grass – Where we often find hidden eggs. Chick – A baby chicken, also a symbol of Easter. Chocolate egg – A delicious Easter treat!
In Alquería Educación, we believe in creating memorable experiences that foster learning and joy. This event has provided the perfect opportunity to engage our students in activities that enriched their understanding of cultural celebrations while reinforcing their English skills.
This Easter, our Primary Six students took on a very special role, they were in charge of preparing fun and educational games for the younger students!
Thanks to their creativity and hard work, we all enjoyed fantastic days full of learning, teamwork, and, of course, chocolate eggs!
The games they designed were not only exciting but also helped reinforce English vocabulary in a playful way.
We also have our special Easter bunny!

Noughts and Crosses with Questions
Players had to answer a question in English correctly before placing their X or O on the board. The questions were about Easter, spring, and classroom topics.
Easter Pasapalabra
Inspired by the famous game show, students had to find words related to Easter using the letters of the alphabet. For example:
A: April (the month of Easter)
B: Bunny (a symbol of Easter)
C: Chocolate (everyone’s favorite Easter treat)
Wordsearch, Find the Missing Wordand Sentence
Vocabulary related to Easter were mixed, and students had to organise them.

Egg Hunt with Puzzlesand Sexto Says!
We want to give a huge THANK YOU to our amazing Primary 6 students for their effort, creativity and enthusiasm. They made this Easter celebration truly special for everyone! It was wonderful to see them taking the role of leaders and teachers, helping younger students learning while having fun.
To enjoy the pre-holiday time, the students have painted some eggs and eat some well-deserved chocolates too!
At Alquería Educación we believe in collaboration between students from different classes, and this activity is a perfect example of how teamwork makes learning more exciting.

Un súper equipo de conejitos de Pascua en Sexto
¡Hola a todas y todos!
Antes de nuestras vacaciones y con motivo de la celebración de Easter, nuestros alumnos de sexto de primaria han llevado a cabo una actividad muy especial; han sido los encargados de preparar juegos divertidos y educativos para los alumnos más pequeños.
Gracias a su creatividad y esfuerzo, hemos disfrutado de unos días fantásticos llenos de aprendizaje, trabajo en equipo y, por supuesto, ¡huevos de chocolate!
Los juegos que han diseñado no solo han sido emocionantes, sino que también han ayudado a reforzar el vocabulario relacionado con Easter en inglés de forma lúdica.
Algunas de las actividades preparadas han sido:
Tres en raya con preguntas: Los jugadores tenían que responder correctamente una pregunta en inglés antes de colocar su ficha en el tablero con una carrera. Las preguntas eran sobre la Pascua, la primavera y contenidos de nuestra clase de inglés
Pasapalabra de Pascua: Inspiradas en el famoso concurso, las alumnas han creado un Pasapalabra especial, con un bonito rosco al que no le ha faltado detalle, el alumnado participante tenía que encontrar palabras relacionadas con la Pascua usando las letras del abecedario. Por ejemplo:
A: April (el mes de la Pascua)
B: Bunny (un símbolo de la Pascua)
C: Chocolate (el dulce favorito de la Pascua)
Sopa de letras, Organiza las frases y las palabras: En estos juegos de vocabulario se han mezclaron frases y letras de palabras relacionadas con Easter para organizarlas con rapidez.

Los profes de inglés queremos agradecer enormemente a nuestro increíble alumnado de sexto por su esfuerzo, creatividad y entusiasmo. ¡Habéis conseguido que esta celebración de Pascua sea realmente especial y significativa para todas y todos! Nos ha encantado veros asumir el rol de líderes y maestros, ayudando a los más pequeños a aprender mientras se divierten.
En Alquería Educación creemos en la colaboración entre alumnos de diferentes cursos, y esta actividad ha sido un ejemplo perfecto de cómo el trabajo en equipo hace que aprender sea mucho más emocionante.
